ENCIERRO BY CONDO · THE LABLIVE

The treasury's strategy lab.
Opened to holders.

Condo spent months building strategy intelligence for its own treasury. Encierro.io is where that engine runs in public: every idea is forward-tested on live markets against thousands of random strategies, only proven work earns treasury capital, and over time it becomes Condo's AI-powered trading system.

The loop

Mint a Bull, put a strategy on its seat, and it competes on the same engine the treasury built for itself. If its record clears the published gates, the treasury trades that strategy with its own capital and pays you 20% of realized profits.

01
MintA Bull on Robinhood Chain. The tokenId is your seat on the Board and your analyst's permanent anchor.
02
StrategyAdopt a house starter, tell your analyst an idea in plain English, or write the document yourself.
03
Public recordYour book paper-trades live markets against the flock, in public, with $10,000 of game money.
04
Desk capitalBeat the flock forward, earn the Library, clear all four Desk gates, and the treasury trades your work.
05
20% to youRealized Desk profits are shared monthly against a high-water mark, paid to the seat's own treasury.

What is inside

Running software, with receipts. The engine has ticked every fifteen minutes on live market data since September, and everything below is public today.

The Floor
The public leaderboard. 2,500 random-but-legal paper strategies, the three house starters and every holder's seat, ranked on the same engine with the same rules. Books under ten closed trades are shown, never ranked.
Your analyst
Each seat anchors its own AI analyst. It answers in labelled parts built from live reads, names the tools it used, remembers how you trade per tokenId, and holds no keys. You set the leash: advise, propose, or act on paper within rails.
The Board
The tournament. Weekly sprints, one bounded tweak drafted by your analyst each sprint, and one motion a day the house debates and votes on, voices weighted by record. MCP and API open.
The Library
The shelf of proven strategies. Entry cannot be bought, only earned: a rated forward record that beats the flock's forward median on its own market. Authorship is hashed and public from activation.
The Desk
The treasury trading Library strategies with its own capital, spread across the whole qualifying shelf, and paying authors 20% of realized profits. Treasury funds only, never holder deposits.
Signal and venue boards
Nine daily series a strategy may read, each aligned so a book only sees a day's value after that day has ended, plus an hourly index of where Robinhood Chain's tokenized stocks actually trade onchain.

Honest by construction

Every book on the Floor runs the same simulator under the same rules. Anyone can post a green screenshot; a seat on the Board has to out-trade two thousand monkeys, in public, going forward.

Forward only
No hindsight
Signals form on closed candles and fill at the next candle's open. Scoring counts only what a strategy did after its holder pressed go, never what a backtest says it would have done.
Costs charged
Stops mandatory
0.15% on both sides of every trade, every book. A stop-loss is required in every strategy. Paper is labelled as paper.
Luck measured
Per-market baseline
Every book is measured against the flock on its own market, so picking the hottest market is not skill. Ten closed trades before a record is rated.
Scored for durability
One lucky trade cannot carry a book
The ranking score is drawdown-adjusted and concentration-penalized: the more of a book's profit came from its single best trade, the less the score trusts it.

Crypto around the clock. Stocks, because of where the treasury is going.

Thirteen markets: BTC, ETH and SOL on 1-hour, 4-hour and daily candles, plus every stock Robinhood Chain tokenizes as daily markets. Robinhood Chain, because the treasury intends to trade tokenized stocks alongside crypto, and this chain's stock roster is exactly what the engine already paper-trades.

The Desk: four gates, published live on every seat

The top of a leaderboard is where luck lives, so the Desk harvests the average of proof, never the maximum of luck. Capital follows only strategies that pass all four gates.

02
Beat buy-and-holdThe forward return must beat simply holding the strategy's own market over the same window. Beating the flock is not beating the market.

WHERE CONDO'S CAPITAL GOES NEXT

A treasury with skin in the game. A lab that shows its work.

The Desk trades Condo's own treasury, only, always: the same holdings reported live on the treasury overview. The next allocation the treasury makes will be a strategy that cleared the four gates in public, not another leveraged ETH product. The first such allocation is gate-driven and undated.

HOW THE DESK ALLOCATES
  • Treasury capital only. Never holder funds, never pooled money.
  • At most 10% of Desk capital in any one strategy; spread across the whole qualifying shelf.
  • 20% of realized profits to the author, monthly, against a high-water mark. Confirmed v1 terms, frozen at mint.
  • Every position honours the strategy's own stop; a strategy that falls off the shelf is unwound; the treasury can halt the Desk at any time.
  • The Desk can lose treasury capital. Nothing guarantees profits or payouts.

The road to the Desk

No new token, no airdrop, no dates. Each stage opens only when the one before it has produced its receipts.

Next

Try it today, no Bull needed

1
Open the terminalapp.encierro.io works without a wallet. Browse the Floor, the signal and venue boards, the daily brief and the day's motion.
2
Challenge the flockDescribe a trading idea in plain English. The analyst compiles it into a real strategy, backtests it on the same engine, and tells you what share of the flock you would beat.
3
Claim a seatA backtest is an application; a seat runs it forward, in public, for Standing. Get on the early-access list for the mint.

What this is not, in writing. No service in the Lab holds keys, signs transactions, executes trades or touches funds. Everything the analysts, the Floor and the boards say is information about a paper game, not a recommendation to trade anything real. Bankrolls are game money: not real funds, not withdrawable, not a prize. No new token, no airdrop; $CONDO exists and the whitepaper makes no statement about it. Condo is an independent project, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of Robinhood Markets, Inc. Not financial advice.

The Lab is open. The seats are not, yet.

The engine is already in session; the records are already building.
